This workout is focused on arms & abs specifically. We start with a nice stretch & then get right in to it. Enjoy this playlist & get it done!
Start with your mat half rolled up. If you don’t have a slider you can use a towel or your socks on the ground.
If you don’t have the equipment don’t worry you can still do this one just bodyweight. This has been one of my favorite routines. It has a major focus on booty & core. Enjoy!
