A lot of this workout is bodyweight, which I love! This class is meant to be a little shorter than the others 🙂
Don’t mind the very sunny spot in this workout :-). In this class I’m using 3lb weights & a medium band. Make sure to have your mat set up and get ready to move!
In this class we do a couple of new moves. Start with your ankle weights on. I suggest a medium or heavy band for this workout. If the equipment is too much you can totally do this workout all bodyweight 🙂
