Start with your mat half rolled up. If you don’t have a slider you can use a towel or your socks on the ground.
If you don’t have the equipment don’t worry you can still do this one just bodyweight. This has been one of my favorite routines. It has a major focus on booty & core. Enjoy!
This one is quick & effective. Make sure to have your mat all set up & get ready to move.
This class is more arms & abs based but we’ll do some sneaky legs too! Grab a pair of weights, a resistance band, and a mat and you’re good to go!
If you don’t have ankle weights you can always do this with body weight and some hand weights.
