Growing up as an athlete playing field hockey, softball & swimming, being active has always been a part of Dianna’s DNA. Her motto is that she’s training for life. Dianna believes in building strength, breaking a sweat, and feeling good while doing it. In what she considers her past life, she worked in corporate America as a social media manager. It was an amazing experience, but she realized that sitting at a desk could no longer suit her energy and the constant movement she craved day after day. It was then that she knew she had to switch lanes.

Dianna has worked at Flex Studios, SLT, and used to handle the marketing of two SoulCycle studios.  She currently teaches at Pure Barre ManhassetCore + Co Lagree Fitness, and privately train clients, through her method Dynamic Fitness, where she specializes in strength and functional movement exercises.  Dianna has over 5 years of experience in barre, pilates (mat and reformer), Lagree, TRX and HIIT styled workouts.

She is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Council of Strength and Fitness (NCSF), a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), a Pre and Postnatal Performance Training Specialist, and TRX, Pilates, and Lagree Certified.

Dianna strives to help her clients learn, in and out of class, how to train smarter, move better, and progress further.  Your body is the only one you have and she believes it’s important to find a lifestyle that works for you.  Dynamic Fitness hopes to motivate you to find your path and reach the happiness that we all deserve!
