In this series you’ll need a few pairs of weights. For the single arm work you’ll be doing a row and push press. For bilateral arms you’ll be doing chest press, chest flies, reverse flies, bicep curls, and close grip chest press. Pick which weights you want to use and get to it!
Core and cardio is my absolute favorite! For this workout you’ll need a medium dumbbell. I love this series for when I’m a little short on time or right after a run. Give it a try & sweat it out!

This series is so much fun! The abs series is all standing. We’ll use weights for a few moves and the others will be bodyweight. I was try to mirror and at times got my right and left confused so just make sure you stay even on each side :))

This class is prenatal safe. You’ll need a pair of medium dumbbells, heavy dumbbells, and a challenging kettlebell. My KB could have been heavier in my swings, so make sure your arms stay straight and your KB isn’t coming too high at the top.
