For this class you’ll start with your ankle weights on. They will eventually come around our wrists. Since this class is arms & abs I would suggest having a medium pair of weights available too. You can amp it up during the chest flies and other moves!
This class is such a good one if you want something a little faster on time. It focuses more on the legs & core & it is a sweaty one! Challenge yourself with heavier weights & a heavier resistance band!
For this workout we only use the weights for one leg exercise. At times I didn’t use them because of those that were in class. You can choose to add them in for the legs in you have them! It will add an extra burn.
For this workout you’ll start with your ankle weights on. Make sure to have your hand weights & band close by as well. Class starts around 33 seconds.
