This arms & abs class was one of my favorites! The moves are pilates & strength based, but that circuits will repeat rather than flow one side to the next like we’ve done before. For the resistance I’m using a medium band, 5 lb weights, and one 10 lb weight.

I absolutely love these strength classes! For this class we run through a warm up, a bodyweight circuit, band circuit, and weight circuit. Each circuit is repeated twice. For the light weights I’m using a pair of 5 lb. For the one medium weight I’m using a 10 lb.
