41 Minute Arms & Abs with Light Weights, Medium Weights & Ankle Weights

For this class you’ll start with your ankle weights on. They will eventually come around our wrists. Since this class is arms & abs I would suggest having a medium pair of weights available too. You can amp it up during the chest flies and other moves!
