This is a fast in & out arm series. I was shaking after! We do a whole series to a Killers song and finish off with a final push. Do this one its own, with other videos, and repeat it as much as you’d like!
In this series you’ll need a few pairs of weights. For the single arm work you’ll be doing a row and push press. For bilateral arms you’ll be doing chest press, chest flies, reverse flies, bicep curls, and close grip chest press. Pick which weights you want to use and get to it!
