This class has a focus on arms & abs, but you still get a little burn for the legs too! If you don’t have a slider you can use socks, a towel, or paper plates instead. Enjoy!
This class focuses on center core, obliques, and arms. There is a lot of single arm work, so make sure to use light weights. If you don’t have sliders use a towel or socks. Enjoy!
For this arm circuit you’ll repeat 5 different moves, two times through. Have a medium and heavier pair of dumbbells all set. Ignore that my head is sometimes cut out of the screen 🙂 – Enjoy!

This arm circuit will run you through a warm up and 5 blocks repeated 2 times each. You’ll need a pair of dumbbells & the edge of a chair, bench, couch, etc. for this. Put on an awesome playlist and get sweaty!
