This class is prenatal safe. You’ll need a pair of medium dumbbells, heavy dumbbells, and a challenging kettlebell. My KB could have been heavier in my swings, so make sure your arms stay straight and your KB isn’t coming too high at the top.
This class is a corporate class I taught & it was one of my favorites! 30 minutes was perfect for HIIT. HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. The whole class is bodyweight. In each circuit you’ll have a core exercise, plank exercise and cardio exercise.
