For this class all you need is light weights. I’m using a pair of 3 lbs. We’ll run through a core block, arm block, right leg, right oblique, left leg, left oblique, finale, and stretch. Enjoy!
In this series you’ll need a few pairs of weights. For the single arm work you’ll be doing a row and push press. For bilateral arms you’ll be doing chest press, chest flies, reverse flies, bicep curls, and close grip chest press. Pick which weights you want to use and get to it!

This is one of my favorite quick circuits. It moves fast and works the whole body. I used a medium band for all of the exercises, but feel free to try a few levels out. Enjoy!
I love using the band & light weights. This class is full body. There’s a full arms series, and the fun legs & core work 🙂 Around 25-26 minutes the video cut out for a second. Don’t worry about the transition you’re still getting all the moves that we’re programmed for this one! Enjoy!
