If you don’t have sliders you can use socks or paper plates!
AMRAP stands for As Many Rounds As Possible. Your lucky number is 8 today! Every time you do this try to get another round!
We only run through this one time, but do it as many times as you want!
You’ll need one medium dumbbell for this workout. If you don’t have a dumbbell you can just do body weight.
In this workout you can use a slam ball or a med ball that bounces. If you don’t have either you can always substitute most of the moves with a dumbbell. When it comes time for the slams you can do jump squats instead. Enjoy!
For this workout you’ll use one band. I used a medium band the entire time, but if you have multiple options feel free to switch them out. If you don’t have a band you can still do this without one. Enjoy!
