39 Minute Dumbbell Strength Level 4 with Dumbbells, a Chair/Step, and Sliders

Make sure to have a few pairs of dumbbells for this one. You’ll also need a sturdy chair, couch, step for steps up and a pair of sliders. If you don’t have sliders you can use towels on the ground. This is level 4 of the dumbbell classes if you’re following them in numerical order.
