This class is more arms & abs based but we’ll do some sneaky legs too! Grab a pair of weights, a resistance band, and a mat and you’re good to go!
All you need is a mat or space to move with this one. If you want to do it more than once run it back & repeat. Enjoy!

Start with your wrist weights on for this one. If you don’t have wrist weights don’t worry!

You’ll need one medium dumbbell for this workout. If you don’t have a dumbbell you can just do body weight.
