This Core & Cardio circuit will take you through three different circuits, two times. Each move will be 30 seconds long. All you need is a mat & yourself. Make sure to be warmed up before you do this one!
This class focuses on center core, obliques, and arms. There is a lot of single arm work, so make sure to use light weights. If you don’t have sliders use a towel or socks. Enjoy!
