For this class you’ll start with your wrist weights on. I’m using 1lb. Bala wrist weights, and a medium band.
For the light and medium weight I’m using a 5 lb and 10 lb here. The music didn’t fully sync through on this one. You can follow along without it or put on another one of my playlists on Spotify and jam out!

This was a class I taught for Stakt on Thanksgiving & it was one of my favorites! The class incorporates Pilates core exercises & cardio bursts. You will get a little bit of arms & legs too :). This class really gets your heart rate up & I was sweatingggggg – have fun!
