Enjoy this full body workout with a slider and pair of light weights. If you don’t have weights you can always use household items. Make sure to have your mat all set up & jam out to the music!
With this full body chipper you’ll start at the number 50 and go down to 40, 30, 20, 10. You’ll need a medium to heavy dumbbell in order to complete this one. The time is set for 7 minutes so give it all you’ve got!

Enjoy this full body class using one slider (towel, socks, or paper plates work too!), a light to medium resistance band, and a light pair of weights. Make sure to start with the resistance band on around your thighs, above the knees. Find some space and sweat it out!
