This was such a fun routine! You don’t have to start with the ankle weights. I’ll let you know when to put them on. This warm up is different from others we’ve done. It corporates more functional movements with our pilates move we love 🙂
For the light and medium weight I’m using a 5 lb and 10 lb here. The music didn’t fully sync through on this one. You can follow along without it or put on another one of my playlists on Spotify and jam out!
This class was one of my favorites! A lot of the moves are bodyweight & then the band and ball are added in. If you don’t have a ball don’t worry you can do the move without it. Enjoy!
This class focuses on the abdominals & leg muscles. Have fun with it!
This is a corporate class I taught. The whole class is bodyweight & a great way to ease back in to working out. If you want to add in weights with any of the moves feel free to! I love bodyweight exercises & this one felt really good on the body.
This class is such a good one if you want something a little faster on time. It focuses more on the legs & core & it is a sweaty one! Challenge yourself with heavier weights & a heavier resistance band!
