Love to workout, but want to do it at your own time? Dynamic Fitness’ Personalized Programs are tailored specifically for you based on your goals, athletic ability, and equipment. Each program consists of 3-4 workouts that you’ll rotate throughout the week. The program works on a 8-week training cycle. After the 8 weeks you’ll reassess with owner, Dianna Falzarano, to plan for the next program. This program also includes a weekly check-in for questions.
