13 Minute Low Impact Kettlebell Strength

This workout is low impact because there is no jumping. You’ll run through a warm up and then 5 moves 3 times through, all using the kettlebell. You’ll do squats, push presses, cleans and more. Pick the kettlebell(s) that works best for you.

18 Minute Low Impact AMRAP with Dumbbells

Since this workout is low impact there will be no jumping. The AMRAP total time is 12 minutes. You’ll do 8 reps, or sets, of each move as many times as you can within the 12 minutes. Make sure to have a medium pair of dumbbells ready.
